Strength and Conditioning

Working in conjunction with the athlete(s) and coach to evaluate current training practice and develop individualistic, periodised programmes for the performer's training. These will take into consideration current training status, short and long-term training objectives and competitive scheduling, and will result in an organised sub-division of the training year into a maximally effective training schedule. As a function of this development, training methodologies can also be reviewed, and amended, to ensure that the training elements of strength, speed, power, endurance and flexibility are utilised in a sports specific context for maximal benefit to the athlete(s). Practical consultation sessions will also be available for this purpose.
